Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist for their Grapevine location
SUMMARY:
The Accounting Specialist supports the day-to-day administrative functions for the finance department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process accounts payable/receivable in QuickBooks
- Process cash application
- Manage benefits administration
- Process Payroll
- Manage gift cards
- Assist with month end close journal entries
- Perform vendor set up
- Perform finance administration duties
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
